RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the operations of the various Protea Hotels in Namibia and to ensure brand compliance.
- Ensure adherence to quality plan, standards that are over and above the generic standards is implemented throughout the various hotels.
- Oversee Marketing and Revenue Management team
- Oversee Budget preparation process with the Financial Manager, sign-off budget
- Manage margins and control costs to meet the budgetary requirements for the Group Hotels
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the overall operation of the hotel.
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
- Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
- Ensure full compliance of Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.

- Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.

- Ensure full compliance of Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting the Sales and Marketing Plan
- Responsible for Revenue maximisation and ensuring revenue budgets are met for the assigned hotels
- Organising and scheduling sales calls visits
- Making telesales , relationship and GUESTS feedback management
- Following up on leads from Hotels
- Maintaining a cliental data base
- Assist with sales, advertising, promotions strategies and compiling sales reports
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with supervising all housekeeping team members.
- Inspect cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and service elevator landings and provide feedback when cleanliness standards are not met.
- Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.
- Monitor work schedules, lost and found program, store rooms, carts and designated inventories
- Perform Room Attendant duties when required to by Management.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Co-ordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Supervises restaurant kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
- Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards.
- Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Resolve guest concerns related to cleanliness issues and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues to a supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas like hallways and stairways.
• Review the daily intake of products into the hotel and ensure accurate pricing and quantity of goods received
• Control the stores by ensuring accuracy of inventory and stock control and the pricing of good received
• Manage cost reporting
• Supervise storekeepers and receiving clerk
•Understand the telephone operator board or PBX switchboard operations
•Provides information about hotel services to guests
•Answers incoming calls and places outgoing calls.
