  • A Cluster Commercial Manager will develop a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize revenue and profit performance. Lead execution of the commercial strategy through managing the relationship with revenue management, sales, and marketing teams and activity, and by working effectively with the regional and area support teams. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, concierge duties.     • As Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

  • The HR Administrator shall be responsible for supporting all HR functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This role is crucial for maintaining the hotel’s high standards of service by managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to record-keeping and offboarding.

  • As a Reservations Agent you will be responsible for handling reservations, inquiries and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner, and quoting available rates to maximize room, conferencing and food and beverage revenue.

    • As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing guest requests in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for increasing the corporate, group and leisure client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues for the hotel. The Sales Executive services new and existing accounts, keeping the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future, and repeat business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to our guests and customers. You will need to develop new dishes, determine specials of the day, and put together in conjunction with the Executive Chef a menu that feels fresh and exciting to our guests meeting our core brand standards yet using your creativity to keep our guests coming back.

• Review the daily intake of products into the hotel and ensure accurate pricing and quantity of goods received
• Control the stores by ensuring accuracy of inventory and stock control and the pricing of good received
• Manage cost reporting
• Supervise storekeepers and receiving clerk
